Dispatch and processing
Orders are processed and dispatched from within Australia. We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within one business day of payment being confirmed. Once an order is dispatched you will receive a notification with tracking details.

- Free express shipping is available on qualifying research orders, as shown at checkout.
- Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location; tracked transit within Australia is typically a few business days.
- Orders are packaged discreetly and appropriately for research compounds.

A tracking reference is included in your dispatch notification so you can follow your order through to delivery.
Returns and refunds
Because these are research compounds, we are generally unable to accept returns of opened or used product for safety and integrity reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and details, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
