Orders, pricing and acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, where pricing has been listed in error, or where we believe an order is not for legitimate research use. Where an order is cancelled before dispatch, any payment taken will be refunded.
