Refund eligibility
Because these are research compounds, we are generally unable to refund opened, used, or correctly delivered product for safety and integrity reasons. A refund or replacement applies where an order arrives damaged, incorrect, not as described, or where a confirmed order is not delivered.
How to request a refund
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) quoting your order reference.
- Include a description and, where possible, a photo of the issue.
- We will review and respond with a resolution — replacement or refund — for verified issues.
Refund processing and timeframes
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds are processed promptly once approved; the time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider.
- We will confirm by email when a refund has been issued.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched it is handled under the damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described terms above.
Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you believe there is a problem with a charge, please contact us first with your order reference — we resolve the large majority of issues quickly and directly. Raising a dispute or chargeback before contacting us can delay resolution, as we are happy to refund or replace any verified issue.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including any rights to a remedy where a product is faulty or not as described.
